"My over all experience has been good. However as a VIP pit pass customer, i notice that the back side of my front fender was scrached, I did not notice this until a week later when I was detailing my bike. There was greasy hand prints on the fender and mufflers. So I was not happy about my last service. As A business professional integerty is very important, it would not made me as upset if someone would have just told me that they scrached it. It happens. Anyway all around great service Tony does a great job.

"Thanks to all the staff at Cycle Works for making our purchase simple. Paul in sales, has a vast knowledge of the bike that I was in the market for. He made our decision on a bike very easy. Also, thanks to Danny in service. When I had a question about my bike, our a problem with a loose bolt.. He handled the problem very quickly. The service thus far has been excellent...And last but not least, thanks to the guys in Parts and Accessories, for helping me pick out the items to dress up my ride.... "David & I have purchased 4 bikes from this dealership but three of those were prior to the dealership's new owners. Before we purchased our motorcyscles here becouse it was convenient - close to home, and a Kawasaki dealer.
We purchased a 2007 Kawasaki ZX14 on Friday, June 15, 2007 from Bob Uglum.
This sales experience was by far one the best that we have had. We have come to know most of the 'crew' at Cycle Works over the last few years and knew that they are great guys. Now we are finding out that the 'new' employees at this location (Paul, Bob) combined with the ones that have been there a while (Jeff, Danny, etc.)are making this a great place to do cycle business (and just go to shoot the s---.!)
We are loving our ZX14 and the guys at Cycle Works made everything TOO easy!
